The Pet Society - Rescuing & Rehabilitating

                   Our Mission

           To Rescue and Rehabilitate

To promote humane and responsible pet ownership

To increase public awareness of  the overpopulation problem

To conduct animal rescue, sanctuary, and adoption services

Rescuing is not a job, its our LIFE .

About Us
On behalf of the orphaned animals that we serve, thank you for the opportunity to acquaint you with our life saving organization

We are a Non- Profit Group.
501C State Recognized

Governed by a Board of Directors, The Pet Society is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) no-kill organization that focuses on finding caring, loving homes for orphaned cats and dogs and ending the destruction of healthy adoptable pets who have been deemed to the Gas chamber.

Our volunteer base consists of people who are concerned about animal welfare .
The Pet Society consists of a dedicated team of Rescue Agents

Because we are not an affiliate of any national animal welfare or humane organization, we do not receive any financial assistance from these groups and we do not receive any city, county, state, or federal funding either

In order to provide food and shelter for our orphaned animals, we must consistently work to raise donations to cover daily operational costs.

    Rescuing

Many gassing shelters and rescues contact us for assistance to help with many dogs who are in danger of being gassed or going to be heart sticked.

Most dogs we get have issues they come from a past where there was no
                                          PACK LEADERSHIP!

We are able to correct with
                                                 LEADERSHIP
                                                       RULES
                                                  LIMITATIONS
                                                   TRAINING

                      Rehabilitation

We work with them on behavioral issues in order to make them more adoptable.
Since they live in a home environment with other dogs during their time with us, our dogs begin to learn how to live in a home.

We begin housebreaking, basic obedience training and socialization. We strive to provide our dogs with a loving but structured environment so that they are successful in their new homes.

Training includes leash training and simple commands like leave it, sit, stay, down, and off.
But most important  we give  is LEADERSHIP
A pack with out a leader walks in the dark with no direction!

Its a simple rule to follow once we master  that  the dog becomes  more balanced  Mentally
